Bathroom very small and wet. Bifold door jammed took ages to close shower. Triangular shower too small for a 6.4 man. Kettle was rusty and had mould inside, had to get a replacement. Fridge wasn't working and Tv was not connected properly. Corridor had very old carpet. Food wasn't great. Bread was great cuz it was not baked by them and rest was just very ordinary for a $4000 4 night. All the reviews was good so I booked here but it turns out shocking how people did not complain about the price vs quality. Sauna was good though. Not posh but very effective.

We arrived before 8am. Not only were we able to leave our luggages before check in, Greta offered to give us towels and let us use the spa area to shower and freshen up before our tours. Though we didn’t need to do so, the extent the staff went to make sure we’re comfortable and well settled before we even check in is such a nice gesture. The breakfast provided is good and the room is comfortable.

The hotel is close to the city center and a very convenient mall and restaurants. Great location. Only 9 minutes walking if there is not ice. Lordi Square, Nili restaurant, Pure burger and more all by walking distance even the bus to Santa Calus Village and airport. At the mall there is a Article Park office where you can be able to book the aurora tour and more. Also a supermarket. The breakfast is good many options. Sauna available only two hours based in a schedule. A little expensive but is close to de city. I booked two weeks before and l stayed four nights.

Lovely central hotel to explore Rovanemi
We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel it was in the perfect place very close to town. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty only complaint we had was buffet prices were changed half way through our stay and we weren’t told in advance only when we went to pay. Reception staff were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile finding a sledge for my daughter to enjoy the snow. Sauna was lovely, clean only thing to say is watch your head in the sauna as the ceiling is quite low

Like other reviews have said, the rooms are tiny and theres no stairs - but the clerk carried my luggage up and I wasnt spending much time in the room anyway. Within easy walking distance of town, staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help. The guy who checked me in was incredible, 10/10. I thought it was cozy despite being outdated. Its servicable and warm, but nothing luxurious. Id stay there again in a heartbeat.

If you're looking for luxurious accommodations, I'd pass. It's a little rustic. Almost spartan. But it was clean, quiet, comfortable, very friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet! Highly recommend if you're looking for a good deal and a good meal.

Hotel was about a 2 block walk from downtown. Plenty of on site parking. Room was a decent size and clean. Came with bed sheets and towels. There's a mini fridge and small coffee station. The only "issue" I had was that check in was at 3pm. We had arrived at 1pm. They do have a luggage area so you can walk around without your bags until checkin

Such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Is was a little nervous initially to book but I'm so glad we stayed here. It's a small hotel and a little bit further out than others but it's a completely short walkable distance to the town center and bus stop to the Santa village. There's plenty of food for breakfast and the choice to pay extra for evening meals. Staff are so wonderful and the hotel and area was so quiet when we stayed in March which we loved. Although the hotel was pretty full with guests it's probably the quietest we have stayed and it was delightful. The hotel itself is a little older but I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area, such great value.
