Very nice family hotel, well located just minutes from Rovinj, to where you can go with a sea-taxi that stops in a special hotel dock. Convenient, as it offers plenty of sport activities (tennis, volleyball, basketball, mini-golf, assorted water sports) on-site. It is mainly a family resort though, not the best choice for a romantic getaway for couples.

This is stretching 5 stars - it is not perfect, but it is really good- especially taking into consideration the times we live in. Location is excellent. Just a short walk to the beach. Beach is one of the rare Blue Flag beaches in Croatia - one of the cleanest and best preserved beaches. Lifeguards are on site. Beach chairs and umbrellas are free of charge. Pools are available as well. Kids pool has shade, so younger ones can enjoy it the whole day without being exposed to direct sun. If you don’t want to use the car, bakery and small shop are available at site. Restaurant is located next to the pool. It is clearly visible that COVID-19 and last year’s lost season left some “damage”, but the staff is excellent and they are one of the main reasons one should consider this destination.

The accommodation was modern, clean and felt light and airy. The bedroom was spacious, the sofa bed was comfortable but snug for 2 average sized people! There was plenty of wardrobe space for 4, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious family bathroom/shower room. The outside veranda was ample and provided a space to sit and/or eat outside.

It was nice to take the water taxi from the resort to downtown Rovinj. There were also several rock beach areas to sun yourself and several options for lunch and dinner by the sea.

Wouldnt choose this hotel again
Reminded them to place both room side by side but they did not. The rooms were very far away from each other like few streets away. Reception cant speak english and are not able to help us in our questions. Unable to explain to us about the attractions of the city as well. Check in was very slow. No lift and we need to carry our luggage upstairs faintz

Lovely family holiday!
Nice resort. Our children loved playing in the pools and being able to snorkel in the sea. Nice restaurant. Lovely quiet apartment with fantastic views over the sea. The only slight negative was the long queue to check-in on the first day. Otherwise a fantastic holiday. Rovinj is beautiful and nearby Pula is definately worth a visit.

Superb experience at a competitive rate
Resort Amarin Apartments is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Rovinj. Firstly, there are two infinity pools - giving you plenty of opportunities to get some pool time. Secondly, the beach is exclusive to the resort - you won't be able to stop staring at the beautiful blue Adriatic sea. Overall we had a great experience when it came to the room cleanliness, the property and the food!

Family oriented and pleasant stay.-
We stayed in a flat. It was comfortable and clean with a lovely terrace to have our breakfast or a drink. The compound is well kept, with restaurants, a small supermarket, pools, tennis courts, volley courts and a nice beach, where you can rent a deck chair and parasol. Since the compound it is little bit far from downtown Rovinj (but only 10 minutes away), a car is a must. Overall, it was a great experience and we loved Rovinj!

Wonderful family holiday!
Just spent 2 lovely weeks in the resort. We had a premier apartment and self catered. We are a family with two very small children. The apartments are well furnished and feel quite new. The level of accommodation is really good and the apartment had a great terrace facing the sea. The resort is big but has a nice feel to it and the kids club worked well for our 6 year old. A few tips: - there's a big difference in the quality of the accommodations between regular and premier. - upper level apartments have a deck with a view (if facing the sea). Lower level apartments usually have an enclosed 'garden'. - in the upper level apartments, there is no separation between the room and stairs (a problem with a crawling baby). There's also a large window in the lounge which has no curtain so anyone sleeping in the sofa bed gets woken by the sun very early. - the main clientele are German and Italian and the breakfasts are catered to their preferences. But there's an excellent bakery on site and we preferred getting fresh bread and pastries every morning instead. - the pizzeria on site is excellent and does takeaways. The restaurant is also good. - if you don't want to be stuck on the resort it's better to have a car. The water taxi to rovinj is about £10 pp each way. - the resort details aren't particularly clear about it but the apartments share a site and facilities with the campsite. The hotel (which looks incredible) is on a separate site next door.

Very busy spot. Nice pool and beach. Food is ok, same for bar service. You can take the boat across the waters to downtown where you have a lot of restaurants and activities.

Nice Apartments on the Beach
Nice serviced apartments. Beach and pool facilities were excellent. 15 min trip by boat to the Old City. The boat comes several times a day and is easy and convenient at only €3 Pp. Hotel staff is very pleasant. Good choice for a family :)

A disappointment
I've never been so disappointed in a room. We arrived to a door that was open. There was a mop in the kitchen along with the patio chairs. The floor hadn't been swept. The coffee maker didn't work and the speaker on the phone would randomly turn onto a dial tone. The bathroom floor was so dirty and it stunk like sewer. We put a towel over the drain to keep the smell down. It looked as though our rooms were the cheap rooms 50 Eur. a night. There appeared to be much nicer rooms in the complex.

Visiting with friends. Hotel was not really a "HOTEL". It was more like a small town with many apartment buildings. Very noisy. Lots of kids running around. Air Conditioning went out everyday we were there and there was no discount given (when asked) for the discomfort. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ideal for families or couples
Accommodation Check-in is from 3pm but our flight was early morning so we crossed our fingers and our apartment was ready. We had a premium 2 bedroom for a family of four which was clean, modern and well equipped. Outside there were tables and deckchairs in a small covered patio area with clothes horse ( handy for wet towels). Kitchen had oven, hob,fridge, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee pot. This opened to a dining area with chairs, table, fold out sofa, flat screen TV and safe. Downstairs toilet also, Upstairs, double bedroom had plenty of wardrobe storage and flatscreen TV. Twin beds for children again with wardrobes/shelves. Shower wet room and toilet also on floor. It was well kept, modern and bright. Aircon downstairs and in each bedroom. Worth paying more for premium apts. Wifi Free wifi with good coverage within these premium apts. Food 3 restaurants on site serving burgers/ seafood/ pizzas of good quality and reasonable price. You can pay for food using a wristband with 5% discount- saves carrying money to the beach. Supermarket on site for self catering though bit expensive. Also bakery ( lovely danishes, bread and croissants). Also shops selling beach equipment eg snorkels and lilos. Good ice cream on sale at the bar for 70 Kuna ( 70p). Beach It is rocky so you need footwear for protection. They can be bought on site for about 70 Kuna ( size 46 max) or in Rovinj. Two deck chairs and an umbrella cost 80 Kuna a day. The swimming area is cordoned off.

Big apartment hotel with about 500 units. Everything ok but also very comercial. Charge extra payment fore using the most normal things as sunbets and water play things.
