Plumbing didn’t work, hot tub was out of order including the ice machine and juice machine in breakfast room. The room we stayed in didn’t smell great and was quite old. Overall, nothing “plus” about this hotel.

The room that we were put in was dirty, the floors had not been vacuumed or dusted in awhile. The a/c did not work properly, it went out at 2 am. The toilet was clogged. We asked to be moved, the staff was nice about it. We changed rooms in the afternoon, the staff member that helped us then was rude about it. I would not recommend!

Front desk personnel was very courteous. Also dinning room attendant was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Beds were comfortable but the room, pillows and sheets could have smelled better/cleaner. Bathroom was clean and towels were fine.

We were so happy with the lady in the dining room she was so nice kept everything clean and filled and was constantly making sure everything was ok her name started with a J but our stay was good the only thing was the heater/ac was so loud kept going on and off all night and they said they would not clean the room on a 2 night stay but they should at least change the towels and empty trash but we enjoyed our stay regardless best of all your pricing was good thank you

Solo hacen limpieza cada 3 er dia, cual no seria un problema si el tercer dia lo harian bien. Dejaron las camas sin atender, con el pretexto que habia cosas personales sobre ellas, lo qiue no es cierto. En las tres habitaciones que rentamos pasó lo mismo.

The main problem was the fact that your ck-in person, Rose, was an absolute rude, obnoxious, and a TOTAL B..CH!! The other problem was with the shower temperature not staying warm. It would fluctuate from hot to cold to hot to cold.

Arrived at hotel at 2pm was informed check in was 4 pm but our room was ready to go if we wanted to pay a twenty five dollar early arrival charge we declined. Came back at four got our room it was ok but cable kept going out because it was snowing took about two hours to clear up. Decided to do one load of laundry the machine to buy soap did not work had to go downstairs and purchase the washing machine was filthy! We cleaned it our selves with disenfectant wipes….a lot of them…..went to breakfast the next day will say the person who ran the breakfast bar was great everything looked good and she was on top of everything. Best part of the stay was her. The front desk person was it wet personable almost like we were bothering her.
