Had stayed before, and was great, but this time, I got there a few minutes before 4, and asked if I could check in a bit earlier, I was told they would charge me $20 per room ($40), for "early check in", I said we would walk around for a few minutes. When I checked in, I was told the pool heater wasn't working, what the lady could of said when I was there earlier, in order for me to look somewhere else for a place. We were going there actually for the heated pool. Feel was overpriced for what we received.

From check in to check out we felt right at home. We had a very cranky, tired toddler with us and the front desk agent took that into consideration and put us in a room where we would not disturb anybody as well as they would not disturb us and it wasn’t an amazing stay. We’ll definitely stay here again if and when we’re in Ruidoso

The motel is i a awesome location. The room was big, with a nice little sitting area. I will stay there again. The water in the pool was extremely cold, but I was told they were working on that. Great place.
