I really enjoyed the pool and the staff near the pool Doing the activities. I liked the lobby bar and that area in the luxury spot It was refreshing and not super loud. I like that the restaurants were close and not super far away. The drinks were pretty delicious. The food is really good too. I enjoy the Jamaican food for sure. The only complaint is the staff would call several times throughout the day while you were sleeping or napping after too much sun/drinks. 730am is too early for a courtesy call.

I have booked for three nights, and I’ve only stayed for two. And I was told that I would get a refund for the unused night. So I went ahead and checked out. Now I was told that I will not get a refund. The property is great, however, management cannot be trusted with their words.

People travel to a country to experience the culture, not a smattering of the culture amidst a barrage of some other culture. Dont tell me you have a Jamaica night. UNACCEPTABLE. Why do you have restaurants to showcase international cusine but not a Jamaican resturant?? The guise of catering to international clientele is weak. Why is a hotel in Jamaica serving food that is readily available to international in their own backyard, with a smattering of local cusine, and poor quality cusine at that. What made this experience worse is this hotel brands itself as a luxury resort. As guest left they were sent off with a Spanish song that only the front desk manager seem to gleefully enjoy in a manner that was slightly below bafoonery. Overall the food left much to be desired. The entire experience smacked of neocolonialism.

Had a great stay here! Property beautiful. Loved the beach area. Staff was super friendly. Garfield in the lobby was always super helpful whenever we needed anything. Food was mostly just average. Would go back and stay here again.

I felt like everyone was helpful, friendly, kind and there were plenty of food options daily. I would recommend anyone staying at this property if going to Jamaica and in that area. Great staff and very accommodating.

The property was nice. Could have been better food, and better access to transportation. I would’ve rather had the hotel pick us up like most hotels do elsewhere. Instead we paid tons of money on transportation.

It was an okay stay. Staff was friendy, but they close some of their restaurants during the off season, but they don’t advertise that and you only find out when you get there. The food was basically the same in all buffet restaurants, so there was no variety
