This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . I definitely recommend this place.

An alright stay, nothing fancy, staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast is very limited and we had to walk out of the hotel to the restaurant in the back. The view from our mountain view room would have been really nice if it wasn’t foggy, but that’s the weather in January there.

This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!

Everything was just perfect!
My stay there was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Air and atmosphere were both nice. Although it was foggy during my stay, I can imagine how you could see the beautiful mountain view through the big windows in the room. Staffers were friendly. Breakfast provided in the restaurant next to it was tasty. Egg coffee is a must try. Everything was just perfect.

선플라자뒷쪽에 있어서 대부분 걸어다닐수 있는 위치입니다.마운틴뷰의 방은 최고의 뷰를 보여줍니다. 조식은 중간정도이나 일찍 내려가시면 좋은뷰에서 식사가능합니다. 직원들의 친절은 최고입니다. 저는 버스 픽업장소를 착각하고 있었는데, 카운터 직원이 ㅂ바로 연락해서 처리해줬습니다.

A room with balcony and the best view
We stayed for 3 nights at Sapa Yen Hotel. The first night I can't sleep because of the loud banging from guests at the room above us. I messaged the property and the issue was resolved immediately. The hotel staffs are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. We had free breakfast and the breakfast is one we wouldn't miss everyday. The restaurant below Mam Restaurant had a wide variety of menu you can choose from. And most of all the hotel and resto have one of the best view of Sapa and you can see the funicular almost every 3 mins coming to and from Fansipan. The reception also was very helpful with directions and helped us booked a bus going back to Hanoi. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend with friends and family. Thank you so much Sapa Yen Hotel for a great Sapa experience.

Buena Estructura pero No funciona adecuadamente
Complicada problema de comunicacion, agua fria en la ducha, desayuno regular, tapa WC suelta, agua ducha poca presion. A medida que teniamos problema los iban solucionando Gente amable pero dificil interactuar con su personal. Darse a comprender para pedir sal por ejemplo, era un desastre
