The restaurant was excellent. The food and service were phenomenal. Rose at the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. The best breakfast buffet I've had. The staff spoke very good English and arranged our ride to downtown, train station, etc. in timely manner. We'd love to stay there again!

The rooms are relatively spacious, but has no insect or mosquito screen, so need to keep your windows closed. No lifts in the hotel so be weary if you have big suitcases to carry up the stairs

It is definitely a luxury hotel, we were very comfortable and could definitely relax. It does raise concerns staying in a place this fancy when local community/villages don't benefit that much from tourism (they try sell little gimicy things that for the most part you don't want). Would be great to see a bit more benefit to the villages and community.

The resort is beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and we're very helpful in helping book tours and transportation. They also provide free transportation to the town center. Highly recommended!
