This beautiful home is in the Golf course area of Concan, between the 2nd and 3rd crossing of the Frio River. This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms and 5 baths and sleeps up to 20. The main living area includes a huge fireplace towering up to the 18 foot ceilings as well as a fully furnished kitchen with granite counter-tops and custom made cabinets and a live edge dining room table. All bedrooms have their own private bath with tailor-made cabinets and granite. Outside, you can watch as the golfers try to land on the 17th green from the specially designed sports pool or the Cabana, which includes an outdoor TV, sink, and grill.

**FREE GOLF** for stays between August - April! Six golfers free daily, additional golfers are $65! Please let us know when you book if you are interested and we will get you information.

Guest access to the Frio River is free at the 1st Crossing (The Swimming Hole, shown in Google Maps).

Note: There is NO gate/fence between the back door of the home and the pool area, but the pool area overall is enclosed.

Pets are NOT ALLOWED. Any pet found on the property will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and immediate eviction with no refund. The same policy applies to smoking in the home. Please don't make us have to enforce these!

Families preferred, no parties, and renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Great House!
We go to the river every year. Typically we stay at the same spot every time but wanted a change. We are happy with our choice. The home is beautiful, perfect for our group, pool was nice and clean and had free river access which is a plus. We will stay again in the future.

Beautiful Family Getaway
This was a perfect place for our family to have a vacation all together after more than a decade apart. The house is beautiful and was clean when we arrived. The pool felt great and everything was easy to access! Not too far from town and enough to feel secluded. I would definitely come back again!

This property has a pool, queen sized bunks, and provides sheets on the bed. Those three things set it apart from other properties. This definitely moves to the top of my list for places to stay in Concan.

Perfect getaway home
This vacation was by far one of our best and the reason was this house. This house had plenty of room which allowed our family to all be together under 1 roof (17 adults & kids). The pool was a great! The outdoor kitchen was perfect and got plenty of use. Loved the outdoor table which fit all of us as we celebrated my son’s birthday. It was very hard to drag ourselves out of the house for some river fun. The only complaint I have is something was wrong with the water, came out like 1% milk (not clear). There was construction next door so that may have been the cause. We didn’t know if it was safe to drink so we stuck to bottle water, even to brush our teeth. But if you ask me if I’d stay there again, even with the water issue, my answer is ABSOLUTELY YES!!!! Shane is a good host!

Memorial Trip for Friend
Our friends from Chicago joined us to celebrate the loss of their dad one year prior. We wanted a place where we could chill by the pool, have the two children play on a playground and have plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have the privacy they needed. Our host, Shane met us at the house and was so helpful with little tips. We had such a wonderful experience! The house was so lovely and so clean. The kitchen was so well stocked with every kind of pot and pan we could have asked for. The handmade table was gorgeous and amazing for visiting. I cannot say enough about this place!

The house had plenty of room for our group of 16! The pool area was the perfect place to hangout. We grilled every night and enjoyed seeing the deer come up to the yard. Love the house. Was very peaceful. Things you may want to follow up on. The pool was not clean when we arrived it’s is really bad now. The tile in the kitchen in front of drawers left of stove is warm. Might want to check for hot water leak in foundation. Showers were all pretty dirty in the corners. We left the property right at 11

50th Celebration
We were celebrating my 50th and we really enjoyed ourselves. We got to go to the river that was close by, play golf also close by and relax by the pool. The house was nice and clean when we arrived as well as the check in was easy. The only thing I will say is the one bedroom to the right as you walk out to the pool area was not comfortable; for me that is. Other than that we all had a great time and looking forward to going out again soon.

Home on the Range is excellent for a fun Frio river trip. House is gorgeous, centrally located to everything, and has tons of modern conveniences. The pool and backyard area were terrific and made it hard to go to the river. We had a great time swimming in the pool and hanging out in the backyard.

Great Family Getaway
We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The layout of the house is awesome and there was plenty of room throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The pool and outside bar were a relaxing spot after a day on the river. The Property Manager Shane is amazing and was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our trip and we will definitely stay at the house again.
