Boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, brand new whole house heat pump/ AC, your summer sanctuary away from home awaits. Situated in south west woodland, you’re 10 minutes away from Davis and UC Davis, less than 10 minutes from Costco and only 15 minutes from Sacramento International Airport. Enjoy waking up to coffee on the pool deck, a refreshing swim, and readying yourself for a day exploring the surrounding hills for hikes, the many many wineries (Napa and Sonoma are a short drive away), heading to Sacramento for its entertainment or fantastic restaurant scene ( the farm to fork capital of America), or just staying home, in your own private resort!
