I've stayed here before on business and it was a good stay then and an even better stay this time around. Check-in was super easy and quick and the front desk staff was professional and friendly. Our room was adequate and most importantly, the shower and water pressure was great! (We had problems at the La Quinta nearby). I would recommend this hotel. Good value and a pleasant stay. (Next time we'll try the indoor heated pool).

The biggest plus that I would highlight is the staff really prioritizes the customer. We booked through expedia and Expedia had made a mistake with our reservation. Hampton staff were kind and made best efforts to remedy the situation. There is someone at the front desk around the clock. If you are coming in late you can call the desk to let them know your eta and they will check you in with no issues. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and they serve breakfast every morning. I don’t have one complaint. Will definitely come back.

My stay was the day before Thanksgiving and this area was very convenient as it had many restaurants in the strip mall across the street. I was able to grab dinner when I got in and prepare myself for the next day. Great location!

We liked the friendliness of the staff, breakfast, tea and coffee availability throughout the day. When we made reservations, the parking fee was not mentioned, we found out about it at check in. I feel like this information should be disclosed on the reservation page. There are signs in the parking lot that nobody is responsible if your vehicle gets robbed….yet you pay parking fee…

Stayed at the property May, 2024, and it was great. 6 months later November 2024, it was a full 360 downward. Carpet was horrible throughout the property including rooms, elevator was horrific and both rooms after complaining about the animal odor both smelled like animal. This is what happens when hotels are pet friendly. I couldn't believe the downward turn this property took. The result, I did not stay and will never stay again.

Was never told about the nightly parking fee until after I inquired about the chg on my credit card. I booked thru Expedia, but I also made a faux reservation via your website and it was never mentioned there either. It was also never mentioned my the front desk attendant. Company lacks integrity. Also, I've only stayed at a Hampton Inn only twice and both times I had to be moved to a new room because of the loud and grating noise the AC made. Not likely I'll stay at a Hampton again.
