We booked this place because of the location, very convenient. Walking distance to bars, old sac, golden 1, yard house etc. However, there are many homeless in the area. During our stay shots were fired and there was a lot of commotion. Our room was dirty, the sofa bed had dirty sheets and there was a lot of hair in the shower. Besides everything I booked again for February, so I hope to have a better experience.

The only real problem I had was I was not able to turn the heat on in my room it kept blowing cold air and I couldn’t turn it off also the toilet seat doesn’t stay up you have to hold it up at least my toilet seat was acting that way.

The elevator was not clean and was rickety. The sidewalk was very unsafe when it was raining the staff is pretty nice and then the doors to access outside were blocked and not working.

Location was perfect for what we did. Walking distance to DOCO and Old Sac! Perfect for this time of year to enjoy all the Christmas decorations. Breakfast is extra charge, but worth it!

Only reason for the prices was proximity to 1center else hotel would have been @90$/nite. Not worth 180$+. Bath Towels were akin to sandpaper. Rooms were small, compared to similar hotels in areas.
