Windows could use better soundproofing considering the trains run directly outside. Handheld shower didn’t work well. Free drink tickets were nice. Pen and small pad of paper would’ve been nice too.

I arrived at the location and had a difficult check in. I was not allowed to put incidentals on a company card because it did not have my name on it. So, I had approximately 700 charged on my personal card. Shortly after my boss got on the phone with the front desk and convinced them to charge the company card. The charges will still take several days to come off of my card and will show on my credit statement for the month. I understand this may be policy, but this is a lot of money to have charged and a lot of liability since I had 8 rooms in total with students in each room. I also went to take a shower to wash the day off and the drain was super plugged. The water was easily, an inch deep around my feet. The only positives were the free drinks at the rooftop bar, the beautiful esthetic of the building itself, and the staff were very polite and friendly.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed at in downtown Sacramento. I attended a concert at the Golden 1 center and the arena is literally 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. I walked to and from the concert in heels with friends. Front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly. The room was cleaned exceptionally well. It’s close to a shopping center and conveniently located near nice dining spots. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
