Super petty owner. I misteakinly booked a smoking room thanks to hotels dot com swtcharoo. They took off the non smoking room ehen it got booked since i was trying to book it. The owner wouldnt give me arefund. It was his last room at 7 30 pm on a rainy friday night. He was so stingy

I am trying to balance out the negative reviews. The guy behind the counter is a little socially challenged. But, he was ok. The place was spacious and clean. It was a no frills motel. So you get what you pay for - which was a good deal in my case.

Im here right now, been here two nights got the room for 7 nights at Expedia price and the remote is missing today when I came back from work. I go to the office I talk to the owner and he tells me the remote should be in your room. I go back in the room move every single thing around to find it and it's not here. I go back to the office and he's word were that he was going to charge me for the missing remote like wait a moment you're not going to charge me anything because I didn't take your remote, thank God they didn't take my credit card... He also said that if I booked online he will not check me in with my online rate. This is why people don't come to your hotel and never recommend

A honest review
The guy at the front desk has no manners, was yelling at the guy Infront of me who was checking in. He was telling him to hurry up, and sign the pin pad and to stop wasting his time since he was very busy and had guest to attend. It was only me in line and I wasn’t waiting for more than 5 mins. Just a straight a**hole. The room beds were super uncomfortable, the springs on the bed were shot. The air conditioning was on its last legs and was super loud. The only good thing I can say is they do a good job sweeping the floors.

Meets basic needs.
It was okay. Did not care for stained towels, somewhat dirty walls in bathroom. Bathroom door was loose, needed to lift it up to close it quietly. The room was spacious, microwave small but good to have, no coffee maker or coffee. Basic shower but good water flow and nice to be able to open the window at the foot of the shower. Limited amenities - small basic soap and small lotion of some sort.

The hotel was not accommodating as other hotels we stayed at. I asked about a non smoking room, but they denied to change without charging extra for different room. I ask for an iron and ironing board, I was told I had to come get. Hair was in the shower soap dish when arrived ann inspected the room.A wall light fixiture was not working, unconnected wire hanging from light exposed and the plug below the light was not in working order. ask room service to make the bed, the top was just pulled up sheet were wrinkled underneath. Garbage can was not lined with new bag when we asked for maid service

Can't beat it for the price
Good location, lots of food options, gas statio0ns, as well as grocery shopping nearby. Easy to get to and parking lot is easily accessible. I booked last minute during a huge festival and was given a great rate. My reservation was honored and they let me check in a bit early. Great customer service at front desk.

I was pleasantly surprised at the spacious room and the amenities offered inside the room. I think it is definitely a good place to stay thats very affordable. Its not too far from downtown Sacramento and the neighborhood has food options.
