The main grounds are shared with other tenants but you will have your own patio and private entrance. The Cottage is decorated in mid century modern decor with its own private kitchen, bathroom, walk in closet, and washer & dryer. You will have a seating area with TV and a comfortable Cal King bed.

There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker.
