The space
Minerva is full of character, sitting on 3 quarters of an acre of private gardens.
There are 3 generous bedrooms, 2 guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, and 2 single beds in the third bedroom, sleeping 6 comfortably (with trundles available on request for up to 8).
There is a large, recently renovated bathroom with heated floors for those cold country mornings, as well as shower over clawfoot tub.
The kitchen is fitted with a full size fridge, dishwasher, large oven and plenty of bench space with room to prepare pizzas for the Italian woodfire pizza oven in the garden.
There are multiple areas outside to enjoy food and wine from the local Clare Valley wineries, as well as a dining room adjacent to the kitchen.
The charming “Gilbert Valley Hotel” is a 1 minute walk away, with full restaurant and bar with affordable takeaway food and wine.

Minerva House is self-contained with no others to share with.
Keys are accessed by keysafe, with code provided before arrival.
Minerva has a double garage for secure parking, as well as a large driveway to fit a caravan or motorhome.
Other things to note
Enjoy the historic walk, museum as well as a local cafe, op shop and Saddleworth Country market on the 1st Sunday of each month.
Minerva also has a surprise resident turtle, which is a favourite for kids.
