A clean modern hotel with very comfortable beds. Conveniently located near the city centre and railway station with a good choice of restaurants within walking distance.

room reeked

the room was a smoking room, but the smell was unbearable, we had to leave the hotel and lose all the money I pre-paid because they were full booked Had to find another hotel on the spot, the Rembrandt in Atsugi which was much better

The hotel airconditioner was centralized so it was a bit hot even when you set it to low. We opened the window to let some air but since our room was facing the main street it was noisy so it was hard to sleep.

A little old but clean and comfy room

I asked for a early check in and they kindly accept it with a minimum cost. However, the noise of cleaning the neighbor rooms and corridors was very disturbing especially when you are trying to take a nap to get rid of jet lag. This is why I thought the service was poor. Also poor wifi signal.
