the first room we were given on the third floor had hair and a razor lid in the shower you could tell that it hadn't been cleaned there was a vodka bottle next to the beds. when I called they got me a different room on the first floor which was much better except that the toilet had a hard time flushing we had to flush it twice every time and then it eventually got clogged. the staff were all very nice and we enjoyed everything else about our stay.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast is normal buffet style. Fridge is room was malfunctioning and we were unaware of this, it froze everything in it including my medication (insulin).

Property was very average. Poor water pressure in room which affected the toilet. An incident in the room seemed oddly unresolved by staff.

I liked that it was near Frankenmuth. I did not care for the bed, it was too hard and difficult to sleep on. Also did not care for the shower head that reduces the water flow because it was not hot enough of a shower. Also, the headboard needs a good cleaning. You can see finger and hand prints

Breakfast was good. It was decorated for the holidays and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, very clean and the bed was comfortable.
