We loved everything about the hotel. Expedia, however, messed up our reservation. We spent four hours on the phone with Expedia personnel, who admitted the problem occurred on their site, did nothing to resolve it and hung up on us. The staff, especially Tressa, at the Marv Herzog Hotel went above and beyond in finding us accommodations on very short notice. We hope to stay at this hotel again in the future. However, we will not be using Expedia to book future travels.
