While soaking up the Idaho sun with your favorite people, fire up the provided gas grill to host a sweet summer barbecue, or gather around the firepit for gooey marshmallows.

Inside, the essence of home can be felt as you warm up by the heat of the wood stove, and cook in the well-equipped kitchen. When mealtime rolls around, dine at the large dining table - also a great space for board game nights. Rest assured that sweet dreams and a good night's rest will be achieved in both the bedroom and the loft. Maximizing your comfort, this home is equipped with partial air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

When you aren't swimming or fishing off the dock, visit Sandpoint City Beach Park for peaceful walks, or Schweitzer Mountain Resort for winter recreation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
