駅近でコンビニも近い、専用の駐車場もあり 立地が最高。周りには居酒屋もある。 伊予西条駅と石鎚山を往復するバスがあるので 便利だつた。 朝5時から軽朝食のサービスがありるのもよい。ランドリーで洗濯もでき、洗剤はサービス。 ファミリーで食事するには、少し離れているので車かタクシーが必要。（車で5分）
