Separate toilet. On the first floor, one bedroom with a king-size bed (90x200cm twin bed bases and mattresses), closets, and a small loggia. A second bedroom with a king-size bed (90x200cm twin bed bases and mattresses), closets, and a bathroom. Parking for one small vehicle is available in the narrow driveway at the front. E/W exposure.
