Good 2 night stay, great location.
Great location. Near shops, restaurants and historical sites. All walkable. Y Colin , front desk, was very helpful. Garage is on site but convoluted driving to reach the entry. Room is good size but bland. Good for 2 nights.

An excellent stay in Albi
The Hôtel Albi offers a warm and friendly reception, spacious, clean and recently renovated rooms with very comfortable beds, a standard buffet breakfast, and secure, on-site parking. It is conveniently located on the edge of the historic city center, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and the adjacent Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Highly recommended!

Is getting a makeover, but our room was old...but new bathroom. Eating area new. Hallways old and dark. Really close to old town, double park across the street from the entrance and she'll tell you how to find the parking.

Very good place, great location.
Very good stay, terrific location. Only thing confusing is that the parking is at the street at the rear of the hotel. If you look carefully, there ARE signs for Hotel Chiffre parking.... do NOT follow the street sign for the hotel itself. For some reason, I could not choose the rating for service, but it was 4 star.

Prison-style monitoring of the breakfast room.
At the time of our visit, the hotel offered a 9 Euro or 12 Euro breakfast. The difference: a tiny tub of yoguart and cereal for the extra 3 Euros. During our 2 breakfasts there, we opted for the 9 Euro. Staff kept coming in to check (and remind us) that we weren't to take anything from the 12 Euro table.

This hotel is very close to the centre and 10 mins walk to the cathedral. Hotel parking is accessed from the street at the rear. Would be happy to stay here again.
