Convenient and clean
The hotel was very well located and well maintained but the bathroom was really too small to be comfortable. We considered having breakfast there but the breakfast area was very unimpressive so we preferred to go to nearby cafes instead.

Quiet and friendly.
Sited in a very quiet part of the city and close to a very nice restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Bedroom had a great view of the sea.

Lovely hotel, wonderful friendly staff and owners. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location is perfect for exploring St Malo, plus our sea view room gave us the most beautiful start and end to our day. Parking was in an underground, locked garage for 10 Euro per night.

In desperate need of updating
Hotel is in a good location and the staff member we met was pleasant. Surprisingly the room and bathroom were both very clean but that is all that can be said about it. The interior is in need of updating, the room and bathroom are both tiny. There can't be any sound insulation as we could hear every toilet being flushed. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on the quality. I would say, only stay if you want a cheap bed for the night in an historic walled city, otherwise pay a bit more and find somewhere more updated.

Rooms are very small and with having some bars close it can get noisy on a weekend until 2.00am, then you have the cleaners/bin men 4.00ish. The breakfast is small and will not having a proper dinning room it can get busy with guests checking out. I have stayed in the walls of St Malo many times and will not be staying at this hotel again.

Quieter part of Intra-Muros, 2 mins from amenities
Small yet welcoming hotel close to a restaurant and pub but quieter than staying in the centre of the walled city. Very close to Plage de Bon Secours which was handy as I could leave all my valuables (money/telephone etc) locked in my hotel room. I was a solo traveller so was I opted for the slightly cheaper single room. It had a full size double bed which was a bonus and it was perfectly comfortable for a 1-2 night stay. My window opened onto a private courtyard so the general noise of the city was much less intrusive than other intra-muros hotels I have stayed in. They let me (and another cyclist) leave our bikes locked up in the reception area which was welcome security. I would definitely stay here again.

Charming hotel in a great spot
This hotel is excellent value for money. Rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good value compared to similar offerings in town. The location is perfect: very close to the beach and situated in the old town. Staff are very welcoming and obliging. Would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very nice little hotel in the heart of St.Malo.
Excellent staff welcome and support. I would recommend the very affordable and tasty breakfast of cold meats, cheese, bread, fruit cocktail, and coffee/tea.

Good service, great location
We just had 1 night, easy booking we needed late arrival emailed the hotel and all arranged with no fuss. Very clean, room on small side but for 1 or 2 nights would definitely go back service is good and great location. Breakfasts a lityle pricey for what you get though.

Hotel San Pedro, 1 Rue Ste. Anne, San Malo, France
Saint Malo is a medieval city and Hotel San Pedro is in the old walled part of the city...cobblestone streets, an ancient cathedral, the seashore, great restaurants, nice atmosphere. I loved my stay at this hotel. It is old, small, charming, clean, comfortable, friendly owner on the premises, and it has great coffee at morning breakfast. I stayed in 8 hotels on this trip, and this one was a favorite. Stay here and be happy. It is in the thick of the old city, and right across the street from the promenade on top of the wall. Beautiful old buildings and seascapes. LOVED THE SAN PEDRO !!
