Enclosed garden with trees of 1500 m² with heated swimming pool (8x4m) open from around the beginning of May to the end of September, terrace, covered playground with barbecue and children's swing. Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: living room of 40 m² with fireplace, separate fitted kitchen, heated veranda, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190) + 1 duplex bedroom with library area (2 beds 90x190), shower room/laundry room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190 + extra trundle bed, 2: bed 160x200, 3: bed 140x190), bathroom and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, complete baby equipment.
Included: electricity, sheets (beds made on arrival) and wood.
