Lovely clean rooms and the reception staff were kind to let us in early as we had a little baby. We had chosen this hotel because we had a very early flight the next day although we hadn't realised we were not directly in front of the airport. We also booked it because it had a pool and thought that would be fun for our 4 year old however the pool was way too cold, even my husband who has regularly swam in the North Sea said it was too cold! It was a hot and sweaty day so would have offered us great relief from the heat. Really disappointed. We also had no option but to book a taxi through the hotel to ensure we got to our flight but it cost €25 for a 2 minute journey which felt like a rip off. The suite we stayed in also had a microwave but no plates or cutlery or even bottles of water. Would say this was an ok stay.

My only complaint is when i book this on your website i booked for 2 adults and 2 children but when i showed up at the hotel its had only booked for 2 adults and 1 childs so i had to upgrade to a suit for an additional €86.26... i used my free room on this booking feel I have being short changed.... I am questioning if i will continue using the website as i don't seem to getting the value of the service

They don't follow through
We called and emailed in advance about needing an early check-in and that we would be leaving very early the next morning. We were assured that it would not be a problem. When we arrived around 1 pm we were kept waiting for over 2 hours. When we asked about an early airport shuttle we were told that it was too early.

overnight Stay
Stayed here for 1 night as our flight arrived at midnight and didn't want to drive straight away. The courtesy bus only runs up to midnight which was not a problem so thought we would get a cab. The taxi driver told us it was walking distance and better to walk. Do NOT believe them its unwalkable and we ended up calling an Uber sitting on the side of road.

Servers were down. Staff forced us to put down an additional $300 deposit to stay in the room that we already booked and paid for. On top of that, they couldn't give us room keys so they needed to attend us to the room any time we wanted in. On top of that, the shower in the room did not work.
