Really nice staff and the lobby / restaurants are really well done. Breakfast was great. Only bad I would say was the room. It wasn’t refurbished and a bit old. The bed too.

Liked excellent staff on reception and restaurant. Didn't like that we purchased room with balcony at an extra cost but unusable as very dirty (being kind) and no furniture to use. No maintenance available at weekends and had to live with flickering lights in the bathroom which was unpleasant. Property is well kept on the inside but tired on the outside.

Lovely hotel in great location. Short walk directly along the river into old town.good parking for 8 euros per night. You cannot reserve parking and it was busy but its a big car park so we got a space ok

Great overnight stay. Some minor issues - paint flaking off door, no plug in the bathroom basin, no ability to change air conditioning setting - but good location and exc3llent public rooms. Double glazing ensures no traffic noise but at expense of “warm” room for sleepin*.

Excellent weekend stay
Christian at the Reception gave us an enthusiastic and informative welcome. The entire staff was communicative, efficient and affable. The room was comfortable, spacious and functional with river view. It became warm in the middle of the two nights, even though the thermostat indicated 18C. Felt like 26C. Dinner at L'Entreact was a pleasant surprise. Our waiter, Mourchad was attentive and took excellent care of us. The Menu offers a vast variety of choices. Food preparation was very good. The entire wait staff offered great and accommodating service to all patrons. And specially with children. The facade needs a touch up but the lobby is classy.

The beds are not the comfiest, pretty hard. The rooms are tired and need to be updated to match the rest of the hotel. The pool was wonderful Selection at breakfast was very good

Grande chambre. La moquette de la chambre semblait soit usée soit tachée ou bien encore sale. Par contre le lit était super et la double fenêtre coupe complètement le bruit de la route Le prix du parking n’était pas affiché, surprise à la sortie. Le petit déjeuner était pas mal mais la demoiselle qui nous a accueillie était peu agréable et à débarrassé notre table avant que nous ayons terminé alors que nous étions au buffet
