DĂ©jĂ  j'ai appelĂ© pour savoir comment sa ce passe si l'on arrive plus tard que 18h, on me rĂ©pond que ce sera plus difficile pour avoir les clĂ©s du logement, je demande jusqu'Ă  quelle heure on peut arriver car nous avions des choses de prĂ©vu et un peu de route on me dit 21h maximum car aprĂšs sa va trĂšs compliquĂ© ! Bref nous avons donc fait un aller retour rapide pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs.(Heureusement que la personne de l'accueil Ă©tait plus sympathique que celle au tĂ©lĂ©phone...) Enfin sa commençait bien !!! Ce n'est pas du tout l'hĂŽtel auquel on s'attendait!! MĂȘme pas de piscine comme il est indiquĂ© (ou moyennant 30€/2h/ personne). Sur les prospectus de bienvenue il est Ă©crit que des dosettes a cafĂ© sont offertes mais nous ne les avons jamais trouvĂ© ! TĂȘte de lit arrachĂ©, poil un peu partout dans la baignoire, prise qui ne tiennent pas et presque arrachĂ©, poussiĂšre et mouton partout... (Malheureusement je ne peux pas mettre des photos car l'application doit avoir un problĂšme) Bref l'accueil est belle et tape a l'oeil sauf que nous avons Ă©tĂ© emmenĂ© dans l'hĂŽtel en face de la route (vieille hĂŽpital, ou EHPAD...) Franchement trĂšs trĂšs déçu car pour le tarif du 4 Ă©toile c'est un peu du foutage de gueule !!! Seul point positif le logement est grand, mais il faut faire le mĂ©nage 😅

Établissement composĂ© d'appartements de 45 m2 biens agencĂ©s et Ă©quipĂ©s. Le restaurant est trĂšs agrĂ©able oĂč les mets sont bons. Le spa est trĂšs beau et agrĂ©able (ouvert du jeudi au dimanche). N'hĂ©sitez pas pour une nuit, quelques jours oĂč pour faire une cure thermale.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel trÚs disponible et agréable. Une 1Úre experience au Pole detente balneo agréable et trÚs apaisante dans un cadre spacieux et parfaitement tenu. Restauration de qualité dans une belle salle. Le studio au Par était confortable et propre mais mériterait un rafraßchissement au niveau deco et plomberie (bruits stridents et coups de bélier). Nous sommes néanmoins globalement trÚs satisfaits.

L'appartement est trĂšs confortable, spacieux avec un grand balcon. TrĂšs bon accueil Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Le linge de maison Ă©tait compris dans notre sĂ©jour. De plus l'accueil de notre chien pour 10€ durant le sĂ©jour Ă©tait fort sympathique. PossibilitĂ© de manger au restaurant au RdC de la rĂ©sidence et aussi de rĂ©server et d'emporter des plats par manger dans l'appartement. En rĂ©sumĂ© nous avons passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Chaudes-Aigues.
