It is a pretty Provençal style house, with a panoramic sea view (from the swimming pool, living room, balcony, terrace and all bedrooms). It is located in Sainte-Maxime (near Saint-Tropez) 1 km walk from Nartelle beach (long famous sandy beach where the sea is generally very clear - access by pedestrian path then at the edge (secure) of an alley). The house has wooded and enclosed grounds and the interior was renovated a few years ago. The area is quiet and residential and access to shops is easy (by car) because it is not obligatory to go through the seaside (often congested during the day in July-August). The house is cool because it is shaded by an old umbrella pine and it is peaceful. You can eat on the balcony (with a beautiful view of the sea and hills) because it adjoins the kitchen.
POOL :
It is a traditional swimming pool (concrete frame) surrounded by a beach of approximately 40 m2 made of natural stone (40x40 Roman opus slabs). From the swimming pool, we have a view of the sea.
SAINTE-MAXIME:
Sainte-Maxime is a pleasant village. Most businesses are open all year round. The months of July and August are very popular. During the months of June and September as well as the Christmas and Easter school holidays, many tourists stroll through the village. The rest of the year is calmer but not at all 'dead'. In Sainte Maxime, there are many activities (golf, water sports, sandy beaches, cinema, library, water park, enclosed swimming pool, exhibitions, etc.). The municipality organizes events throughout the year (car rally, aerial acrobatic show, concerts, etc.) but especially in July-August, a period during which there are tourist events every day. Come and discover the old village, the marina, the landscaped seaside, the public squares with bowling games, the restaurants, the ice cream sellers, the café terraces with orchestras, the free concerts, the markets...

SHOPS:
There are many food stores which are easy to access by car (no traffic jams in July and August). On Saturday, upon arrival, you can do your first shopping at the large crossroads (direction Le Muy) which is open until 8:00 p.m.
