This hotel is in the “business hotel” category, so the room is tiny but highly inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised by how cleverly things are designed inside the room, which makes the small space very usable. The building is still 2 years old, and it is pretty clean.

The check-in and check-out were automated and fast and the room was comfortable, modern, and clean. The complimentary hot breakfast had extensive offerings. The front desk staff were helpful and kind when we were checking our luggage for a day of wandering around. The location next to the station is central and has a lot of shopping and dining options.

Chose the hotel because it had parking and I had a lot of things, and the day would be pouring down rain. Upon arrival was told that the parking lot on site was full ( there are roughly 15 parking spaces.. the hotel has 13 floors of guest rooms with about 10 rooms per floor) .. the staff member was unhelpful. If you don’t actually have parking for people don’t claim it. It’s just a Toyoko Inn so I didn’t have high expectations for the room but the bed was literally the hardest bed I’d ever slept on. No give at all. The area is fine , the hotel is clean.

私は大満足のホテルです
受付に自動チェックインがあっても、うまく使えないお客様には、忙しくてもイラッとする素振りも見せずに丁寧に対応されていて、とてもうれしかったです。ありがとうございました。お部屋も見えないところまで掃除してあり、快適。この値段のホテルの浴室にレインシャワーがあったのは初めてで、癒されました。駅チカで、ホテルのネオンサインがしっかり見え、夜でも迷わず到着。無駄は省くけれど、必要なところにはお金をかけ、肩が凝らない適切な配慮がされていて、大満足でした。

チェックイン前に駐車場の場所を聞きたく寄ったところフロントに誰もおらず奥に声を掛けても誰も出て来ませんでした。私の前に荷物を預けたいお客様もいらっしゃりその方たちがスタッフに声を掛けててくださったようで一緒に待ってましたが自分の仕事をしに奥に入ったきり出てこない。 しばらく待ってやっと出てきてお荷物を預ける方との応対も終わったころ声を掛けたら無愛想に｢お待ちください｣の一言。 やっと顔を上げ駐車場の場所を聞くも無愛想に応答されました。 自分の仕事が終わりフロントに戻ってくるときも急ぐ素振りもなくゆっくりと歩いてくる。 お客様を長々と待たせてるのにと思ってしまいました。 部屋に加湿器があり良かったのですが説明書がなく使い方に苦戦しました。 簡単な使い方の説明書があれば尚良かったと思います。
