This welcoming villa in Santa Maria, Sal offers our guests a fabulous stay. 2 master bedrooms, 2 further double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and convenient amenities including 3 air conditioners, 2 TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, additional fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave.
One of the top ten villas in Sal is the perfect place to stay. Whether you are relaxing in the comfortable living areas or exploring the surrounding area, this villa will provide a relaxing atmosphere for your holiday.
Located inside of 24x7 secured Tortuga development with its pools, bars, restaurants, gym. Located right on Bikini beach. Bigger world famous Ponta Preta Beach is 700 meters away, 7 minutes walk. 24 hour security.
Santa Maria with its many shops and restaurants is 1 km away, a 25 minute walk or taxi ride, the journey will cost around 5 euros for 5 minutes.
Villa number 2 is located in the closed territory of the 5 star Tortuga Beach Hotel with its 24x7 security.
Villa #2 does not belong to the hotel, and is private property.
It is rented on a self-catering basis.
Payments for rent is made in 2 parts: when booking the desired dates you pay 50% of the total rental cost to the owner's bank account in the UK (no comission), or via PayPal account (subject to 6% PayPal comission).
The remaining amount due to be paid no later than 48 hours before check-in.
Telephones and e-mail of our agents on Sal to be provided to guests upon arrival to our villa.
The villa rental price includes a deep cleaning before arrival and then one cleaning once a week.
If you wish to order additional cleaning, please book our cleaners on Sal in advance, for an additional fee.
