This flat was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very small with no counter space. The shower is small, but had great water pressure. The bathroom sink was not draining well, but we made it work. There are a few homeless people who live on the street. One morning we walked past someone sleeping in front of a storefront and this same person was often seen wandering the streets and yelling profanity at an imaginary person. They did not bother us other than one of the people asking us to buy them a drink.

It’s nice this is in a very walkable area but there were screaming homeless people well into the night and little concern from property management. For this price I’d expect designated parking and ensuring that the area around the building remains safe.

This property was a hidden gem for us. I had made last minute plans and wasn’t expecting to find somewhere as nice as this. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff was very attentive and were only a text away if we had questions. As for McMinville, what a great little town to explore. We will be coming back.

Stay was amazing. However, check-in was just a bit confusing due to the cold and rain. Call first, arrive at the hotel, then receive instructions to the property a few blocks down the street. It would have been helpful to say the entrance was on the side street. Had it not been pouring rain, I probably wouldn't have cared.

Space was laid out nicely and accommodates multiple people so much more comfortably than a hotel room The floors were very creaky, both in our unit and the unit above. Both mornings we were woken at 6-630am by the continual movements of the unit above us. Normal movements, surely, but due to the floors being so creaky our mornings started too early.
