We thought the bedroom was seperate like the photo for a suite but it was all one room...room was super clean, comfy bed, great shower.Staff was awesome!always helpful and cheerful. Area behind the hotel a little sketchy, a few homeless Rvs, no lunch service. Great pool, no hot tub, would definitely stay here again, close to freeway but not noisy.lots of dining nearby.

The staff was amazing. We flew all night and then had to drive a couple hours to get there. We got in early. Not supposed to check in till 3pm. Got there at 11 am and they let us check in because we were so tired

A little disappointed with midnight noise caused by a homeless camp behind the hotel. Seen some tents setup with people fighting and arguing in the middle of the night. With that said, breakfast, customer service was great! Hope that management works on cleaning up parking lot with garbage from the homeless walking around! Thanks

Fantastic pool and fitness area. What the building is lacking is insulation. We could hear every footstep above us. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep!

The staff at the desk are very nice, and the bed comfy. The shower was horribly dirty. In fact I chose to place a hand towel on the floor of shower in order to take a quick rinse.

This hotel is way too overpriced for the accommodations. Website misleading with breakfast available. It is not included but you have to pay high prices at the restaurant for a terrible breakfast. Surrounding area was very sketchy. Sirens running all night. Would not recommend

Bad choice.
The front desk help was surly. I felt like I was doing them a favor by staying there. The 1st night I was there a maintenance person used his pass key to gain entry unannounced. Stay over rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. I believe I was not given the room rate that was quoted on the Hotels.com website. because of this I will give serious consideration of not using Hotels.com.again, or staying at Holiday Inn Salem.

Housekeeping did not take room service dishes and just flat out did not service our room second day. Front desk made no apologies when I came to get towels and coffee and did not offer to bring it up to the room but instead had me wait in line at the desk. Bed was comfortable. Great location.

The hotel itself was pretty decent. However, the homeless in the area have taken over the surrounding areas including the back parking lot. Parking in front of the building is limited.
