Very friendly staff who will go above and beyond to make sure you stay as comfortable as can be. Very clean and modern looking bar and restaurant area some of the rooms could do a little bit more updating as marks on floor and walls.

I paid for a room with a king bed. They gave me a queen bed. At the reception desk they apologized because they did not have rooms with king beds. I filed my complaint with Expidia, they called the hotel and the manager assured them that they gave me a king bed. They are liars. Not professional.

Not quite as near the centre as expected but easy to find and free parking. We were also able to leave the car there on check-out day whilst we went back into the city for a bit of shopping. Staff all lovely. Very friendly and helpful Breakfast was great. Ordered a pizza to the room as we were running late and the service was excellent. Only negative was there was only 1 socket in the bedroom working and the cleaners were very noisy at 8am on Saturday morning right outside our room!

Booked this hotel as knew we would be late to arrive and wanted a restaurant on site. Arrived at 8pm and they had stopped serving food! Man on reception was very unhelpful and rude. Prob the worse hotel i have ever stayed in, room was small but clean but very noisy and lights on all night from the corridor which made the room very light until we put towels around the ill fitted door. Would not recommend.

Perfect property, lovely staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Rooms were clean with nice amenities. Only issue we had was an extremely loud 4:30am wake up call when the bins were emtpied outside. Quite a shock to the system!

The room is spacious and quiet. Bed is big and comfort. The only thing I did not like is the water can splash through the shield near the shower head, causing wet floor after shower. I could have given 5 star if that issue was not exist.
