Although compared to other hotel prices they are very very reasonable but totally no facilities which they mentioned on website I slept whole night without A/C as it was broken

Almost every review I've read for this hotel was pretty poor but for what it cost me I was more than happy with this hotel. I paid £98 for 2 people - 2 nights in a twin room with breakfast. Bargain! I chose this hotel because it's close to 2 tram stops and I wanted to spend a few days around Salford Quays. I found there was lots to do with the kids The Lowry, IWM, Media City, river cruises and Ordsall Hall, all within easy reach. The room was small and basic but clean. I found the beds firm but for me they were comfortable. Reception were very helpful if you needed anything and all the staff were pleasant. If you pay for breakfast, it is continental - meat, cheese, fruit, boiled eggs, bread, cereals, fruit, pastries and jams etc and was served until 10am. Everything I had was nice. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room but you can pay extra to have them. It was £3.50 but the deposit was £25. You can buy hot food (pizza/nuggets etc) from reception but we didn't try it. There's a vending machine in reception and fridges with drinks to purchase. If you want to charge your phone in bed or use your hairdryer/straighteners in front of the mirror then take an extension lead as there are only 2 plugs which aren't really conviniently placed. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay. Just remember if you book that it's a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. I do prefer ibis styles but sometimes you just have to budget.

Good stay in Salford Quays
Just what I needed for 5x days at the cricket at Old Trafford......which was a 15 minute drive away......with a nice pub opposite and other food options close at hand too. Tram station right by hotel, making travel in/out of Manchester (and to airport) easy and quick. Staff very helpful.....thanks. Michael

The rooms are very small , tiny toilet. The mattress is hard . When we arrived the bed wasn’t even made only bed sheet left on the bed . Breakfast was not bad but could add beans as everything was dry food . Staff were ok . Had to pay packing with extra even though I was told the fee was £10 via email

Cheap and cheerful accommodation after attending a gig at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. Easy walk over to Salford Quays for food and drink. Only issue was finding the parking as sat nav takes you to a dead end but easy enough to double back and get where you need to be. Will definitely use this hotel again, great value for money.

Disappointing
Paid £120 in january and annoyingly price went down to £70 but i'd already paid. Hotel super basic and rooms are way smaller than you think from the photos. Beds were super hard, and hadnt realised the toilet is basicall in a cupboard which is super tight. Breakfast was very limited. We wouldnt return.

Went away with my 6 year old son for a couple a days and can not knock this hotel. Great location (tram stop 2 min walk away). Clean and decent hotel rooms comfy beds but mainly they have AMAZING staff, each 1 we delt with were helpful n friendly. My son has already asked when can we go back. Thank u all so much. I can 1 million percent recommend this place.

Exceptionally friendly - good value stay
