Clean hotel, but the check-in wasn't a cordial one as should be. I wasn't greeted, and the receptionist didn't answer my greeting. She barely spoke to me.

The staff were great. The cookies and lemon-infused water in the lobby were a nice touch. Coffee 24 hours, also great. The rooms are fairly recently renovated, roomy, and comfortable. My only issue was that my room, while generally clean, had not been swept, as I found lots of hair on the floor. I had to collect it up with a wet towel, so they can work on being more thorough with the cleaning.

Not enough towels in the room. Went to front desk and was given pool towels because that’s all they had. Homeless people sleeping all around the outside. Hallways and room were dirty and smelled like cigarettes.
