We'd definitely go back. We've stayed several times. It's very convenient and one block from a small mall. Unfortunately the hotel hasn't kept up the yard around the hotel on the back side, so views are less than encouraging. Looks a bit abandoned. If they would invest a little bit more in the exterior, like they've done on the interior, it would go up several notches.

I arrived very early after an overnight flight. Staff were accommodating and found us a room to check in early. I very much appreciate the effort. This type of things are what separate the best from the average. The rest of our stay was very good as well.

The view and the amenities were nice. The staff was also friendly. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, however. The walls were also thin. One night my neighbor was watching television quite late. I was also awakened quite early one morning to someone playing the flute.

Excellent 4* Hotel
The hotel is a short walk from a large shopping centre with several places to eat, fast food and table service. A short walk takes you into Guadalajara which is relaxed, tree lined with several parks. The hotel is an excellent 4* hotel with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast
