The kitchen is completely functional with everything you may need to cook, it opens to a living area with a gas fireplace and smart TV. This entire guest suite is new with modern finishes. There are 3 large bedrooms 2 with a quality queen beds and the other with a single over double bunk. The murphy bed in the living room hosts a quality queen bed. The full size bathroom is complete with a combined shower/tub. There is a covered outdoor seating area just outside your entrance next to the hot tub and outdoor bar complete with mini fridge. There is a large fire pit area to enjoy in the summer as well. Guests have access to shared laundry and mud room area for extra storage.
The property is gated and fenced for secure parking(up to 6 vehicles) there is also parking available in a heated shop for $20/night. Coverer parking is included

We are a family that lives above the suite, we try our best to keep our noise level down but during the day you may hear the children playing.

There are animals that live on the property, they will share the yard and acreage with you.
