Terraced house: garden and porch 150m from sea

What if you come to my house to stay some days? Or even a month! It's quite big and it has a charming porch, a great garden to spend afternoons and nights, and a flat roof where you can watch the stars! Malaga is 1h15m far from here, Granada it's just 45 minutes, you reach the seashore in less than 2 minutes walking and the community pool is just 30 seconds from my door. Come to enjoy Salobreña!

The space
2 flats house plus a flat roof, garden and a porch (even a balcony) in one of the most beautiful residentials of Salobreña. With a lit up living room with dining table. Everything very very close to the swimming pool.
It's been our house for 30 years and we have never rented it, so for the moment it still "our" house (books, paintings, some decorating stuff...) Said so, it makes the house a little bit more friendly, welcoming, not so "cold" or "neutral" (like brand new houses or specially refurbished to be rented).

Guest access
You can park inside the residential and of course you can use the community pool.

Interaction with guests
I live in Madrid, but Alicia will welcome you with a big smile (I hope so at least :D). Anyway, contact me whenever you want.

Other things to note
Hot water works with gas. It will always be an extra gas bottle in case it gets empty while you are there.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination, a bidet, and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden.
