Unfortunately we walked in and a saw a bandaid on the floor. There was beared hair in the sink and the bed only had 3 small pillows. Staff was nice but the phone didn’t work in the room. The breakfast was very limited only including waffles, slices of bread, and cereal. There were stains all over the carpet floor and the shower floor was so disgusting we had to lay a towel down in the shower while showering.

The price was good, clean room. Breakfast could have had more of a selection, but it was feee so im not complaining. I got a room with a hot tub, but the jets didnt work in the hot tub.... was there for a concert, had a great time

Not what was hoped for.

Hotel was being remodeled on the exterior. No signs existed on the building to identify the property. Front desk mostly unoccupied with phone off the hook, calling outside number for assistance didn’t work either - no answer. Problems with room TVs’ bizarre controls reported but not resolved. TV’s (one in living room and one in bedroom) could not be controlled with provided remote controls. Turning off and back on spontaneously and repeatedly. Required bedroom TV to be unplugged - not usable. Very poor free breakfast with only processed and sugary foods. Coffee was OK.

They are remodeling but kept everything clean. When we checked in they were up frint about the t.v. in our room not eirking and gave us a discount. Our room was nice, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were only a few things in our room that needed addressed--missing light bulbs, no smoke alarm, and door wouldn't lock on the bottom. Told front desk at check out. Will stay there again.

Booked this hotel last minute . If sleeping next to fentanyl addicts in the room over is the ambience you’re looking for highly recommend . There was substantialwater damage and black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was dried feces, drippings on the interior door of the bathroom. I told the staff they gave me a general manager’s email. Never got a response after submitting photos no number to call either.

The stuff was nice but never once did house keeping come to our room. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper when we ran out. When I mentioned house keeping hadn't come the front desk clerk asked if i had requested it. I've never had to ask for house keeping to come at any other hotel I've stayed at. The bed and pillows were not great, neither my daughter or I slept well while we were there. The door to our room as very difficult to open Close, so much so I thought the key card hadn't worked. Want really planning on wrestling with the door every time we wanted in or out. The spa was not available as the clerk stated they had something wrong with it and it needed to be inspected by the state first. There was a weird smell outside our room everyday we were there that smelled like burning vacuum belt. Don't think I'll be staying here again should I come back to Utah.

Awful beds, pillows the size of throw pillows, huge stains all over carpet, no microwave in room, exhaust fan so loud that we couldnt use bathroom light, 1 bed had no frame, and my favorite part.........woke up to our 2nd floor room infested with 1000's of ants! Do NOT stay in this dump!

Overall, it worked for the two nights we needed. The check in was the worst part — it look quite some time for anyone to make it to the desk. Even then, although he did bring us our room, it took quite a while to get room keys due to technical issues. Additionally, If your back is bad, avoid this place as the mattress is very soft. Otherwise, as the price would suggest, breakfast options are very limited and the place could use some cleaning and updating.
