The room was remodeled but the room was not cleaned afterwards. There was hair all over the room and bed, the floor had stains and was not vacuumed. I couldn't use the closet because the doors wouldn't open, and the microwave didn't work. There was also no maid service provided, even though it was advertised having daily maid service. The pool was so cold I couldn't get in it, and the spa had dirty, yellow water in it. Breakfast was a waffle, muffin or cereal. The coffee maker was broken and minimumal utensils to use. Also, there was never any staff at the front desk, even when I rang the bell.

The place is remodeling as they were purchased by Best Western. The entry was cluttered with construction debris. The room smelled like smoke, had molding ripped off baseboard, bathroom door gets stuck while opening, and the water in the rollin shower did not drain fast enough as it overflowed into the bathroom.

Beds and floor were stained, pool was open on friday but then all of a sudden closed sat with hot tub being down the whole time, found a bed bug. Staff was nice and polite though. Breakfast was minimal. It is what you paid for so not surprised.

Within minutes of checking in a lady ran through the front doors screaming and then cops showed up. People were yelling in the hallway all night. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the tv didn’t work. Breakfast is minimal.
