The beds in both rooms were very uncomfortable. My daughter said her bed was very hard. Our room had many broken or missing things, toilet lid, closet, door latch, but most of all the bed was lumpy and had a huge dip in the middle like someone had stayed long term (with a cat as it smelled like a litterbox) and the mattress was never replaced. All in all we probably just got a bad room as there was construction going on outside and there was definitely work needed doing to the rooms. Quite disappointing for the price.
Stains on the carpet, beds are weak and falling out the frame, pool out of service.

Check-in staff member was really nice and helpful but no one would assist with check-out. Ignored by several staff cleaning lobby windows except to tell me to leave the key cards on the desk. I wanted a receipt and a chance to bring up the fact that the bed skirt was extremely dirty with what I hope was dried spilled food on both sides of it and the tv remote was missing but no one was at the desk and the one person who came to the front made me feel unappreciated and did not want to stop to talk to me and went back to cleaning the breakfast area. The pool was closed with no date when it would reopen but I wasn't going to use it anyway. The hotel is undergoing renovations so I would probably stay here again because of the price to give them another chance at better customer service and cleaner rooms.
The spa was not operational. I was there for five days and the fact they didn't make an effort to repair it or clean it while it was out of commission.
I can tell you guys are remodeling the outside, but pretty poor to drive up to leaving everything outside on the ground.
Pubic hairs on our toilet when we got there and the bed is angled downward at the head. Pretty rough night of sleep with all the blood in our heads
We only stayed for a night.
It was hard to find the hotel in the night as there is no sign saying its “west valley inn”. We just walked inside to ask the front desk if we are at the right place. Upon checking in we were told that although we booked a room with two beds they oversold so they would upgrade us to a suite. This suite had 1 bed and. Pull out couch. Room was bigger with a small kitchenette area but we would have preferred the second bed as opposed to the pullout couch as we were there just to sleep for the night. Breakfast is very limited and you have to ask for refills if something gets over.
So I checked into a room with a hot tub, quickly found the tv did not work. Tried calling the front desk to discuss and received no answer on several attempts. Finally went down to the front desk to find nobody there and several minutes of waiting the front desk associates showed up. Explained the problem while the front desk agent acted like this was a new problem they weren't aware of but then said they were aware of it. He offered to downgrade my room which I said the whole point of me being there was for the hot tub. I she's 8 if there was d another tv that could be switched out and he said they was not, but he would get with his manager and see if they could discount my room or sobering to that nature he left it telling me he would get back with me shortly. Shortly never came in fact the next morning I checked down at the front desk to see if anything had been discussed or what was going to happen and was met by a different person saying they knew morning about it. In short I stayed in the room with no working tv and feel the hotel knew the tv want working and still rented the room and they probably still are found the same thing now. Very disappointing for a property I've stayed at before and was simply impressed with the staff and the accommodations previously. Severely disappointed.
Front desk staff were nice. First room had issues with cleanliness and the tv. Second room had a stench to it, but seemed cleaner. Phone wouldn't call down to the front desk. Had no Do Not Disturb sign to hang on door, so housekeeping tried to come in every morning around 7am (not cool). No microwave available in rooms or at front desk area- yet they sold items needing a microwave. Pool was closed down when we got there as well. Not a horrible hotel if you just want to lay your head down and get some sleep. The breakfast was a joke. Warm milk and juice with cereal. Nasty prepackaged muffins or waffles were your choices.
Your feet would stick to the carpet in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and not once did they come in and empty our trash or bring fresh towels or washcloths or even makeup our beds.
Do not stay here! It’s not what is in the pictures! The showered leak on to the floor u have to stack towels for it to not drain into the floor by the toilet or sink. The shower curtains are yellow yellow! We found bugs in the bathroom on the shower curtain. Centipedes ! The room service is rude. My husband went out to the lobby and the service desk guy told him to hurry up and cover his face something is in the air. I have a video it’s posted on the google review! Also it shows this place is permanently closed on Google. Do not recommend this place at all!
Stayed for 1 night on July 5th. Still under renovations. The room was renovated but the tub/shower not. Only staff member for the whole place. Check-in was fast but checkout had to wait at desk until someone showed up. There is a small elevator that works. They have a breakfast but very minimal, no plates though. For a quick night stay, its ok.
