The shower had clumps of hair both in tub and on wall. Sheets were stained. When telling the front desk her response was, I'm sorry. I was hoping someone would have been sent to clean, or give us a new room but nope. I felt gross

Check in was great, nice lady helped us. She gave us several restaurant suggestions and recommended a general direction that was easy to access from the hotel. The rooms were spotless, plenty of parking.

The front desk said she gave me the room which is more quiet. No, it’s not. The room is too close to Hwy80 and extremely noisy. I couldn’t sleep until well past 3am. When my wife and I went out for dinner, we stopped by the lobby to get some hot water, but we found the container is empty. We told the front desk about this, after we finished our dinner (around 2 hours later), we checked it again and it’s still empty. As for the breakfast, I noticed pieces of scrambled eggs still on the spoon that everybody used for food, but there is no scrambled eggs provided. I asked the lady when scrambled eggs will be ready again. The answer I got is their equipment just broke. Really? I just don’t believe it. We stayed in 7 different hotels around the same price for this 2 weeks trip. This hotel is the worst one out of the 7 hotels.
