I had an unexpected flight delay that was 10 hours. I got to airport at 11:30 pm at night and booked hotel online for the next day since it was almost midnight (technically almost the next day) so i booked for the next day. they said i cannot check in early since i didn’t book for THAT day even though it was literally almost past midnight … however they said there is rooms available for people to walk in and book on the spot. They wouldn’t change my reservation or give a refund. Made absolutely no sense so i stayed the night and slept on airport floor for 11 hour layover. 0/10 didn’t make any effort to help me.

I read the review and the rating but it’s. It worth a 9, it’s a 7.5 to 8. Rooms are old, piping is noisy, sound proofing is bad. At least rooms are clean and have everything a traveller needs.
