Great family home
Had a great stay! Host was awesome! Came in to town for a wedding and had plenty of room for everyone! Pros: Lots of room, large family room with large couch, lots of dining seating, updated, lots of blankets, towels, host was easy to contact and quick to respond, plenty of parking, central for SLC area, close to food, shopping and gas Cons: lots of stairs, steep driveway, only 1 TV in the whole place, says a/c but only saw 1 window unit in master bedroom and the home got pretty warm at night—no ceiling fans in bedrooms except for master

Lots of space and comfortable
Great house ; close to everything in Sandy. Comfortable living room to hang out and socialize. In the summer, no grass in the backyard. But there is a deck. Some weeds in front gave us a mixed first impression but then upon entering, the house inside is clean and comfortable. Great communication by host when needed. Even on a holiday! Would stay there again.

Great Location
The house was easy to find, and we loved the view from the front yard! The kitchen was fully equipped, and the master bath looked newly renovated. There were plenty of towels and toiletries. We enjoyed the deck of the dining room; however, the yard could use some attention. Great location for everything!

Good location for ski areas
The house was in a good location for access to the ski areas of Alta and Snowbird and a little further to Solitude and Brighton. It is about an hour drive to the Great Salt Lake Antelope Island state park. The house is in a neighborhood with a fenced backyard. It was a very comfortable stay. The Dimple Dell conservation area is nearby and gives you another option for getting outside and enjoying the area.

Snowbird/Alta ski trip stay
We were a group of 8 on a ski trip to ski Alta and Snowbird. The chalet is located in a great location in Sandy and an easy 25 minutes drive (assuming good road conditions) to both resorts. Our host Liana was great to deal with - starting with our initial booking, working through a date change request and dealing with any issues or questions at the house. She was always prompt in getting back to us, and looked after any issues with the house (e.g. low on supplies). The house had a good sized, well equipped kitchen and dining table - comfortably seating our group. Also had 2 large common rooms for us to relax after a day of skiing. Most of the non-Master bedrooms were reasonably sized, comfortable and had sufficient storage areas. The only thing that was a little bit bothersome is that parts of the floor on the 2nd level squeaked with foot traffic - not a big issue but in the morning the squeaks could wake someone up. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would certainly stay there again on a future return trip.

The property had pros and cons. Perfect size for our group, location was good for the event we were attending. Interior was clean with equipped kitchen; huge washer and dryer. The cons were: poorly maintained and overgrown yard, very steep steps without handrails, no guardrail on the deck. Open concept large master suite, BUT NO DOOR ON THE BATHROOM.

Great size for my visiting family. Good sized kitchen and dining area, huge living room with massive sectional for lounging. Nice back porch with fire pit, was very comfortable and worked great for my guests. Would book again!
