Mixed bag...
Definitely not up to Hilton standards in most of the main areas of hotel. Filthy windows, doors, mouldings, elevator walls & floors. Room however was very clean & we felt better about our choice until my husband turned on the shower and black particles and grey-brown water came out of showerhead. Luckily, we were there for a brief 5hr stay before catching an early flight. Bed & pillows were comfy as accustomed to exceot from Hilton. Front desk staff was pleasant & efficient. With a good housekeeping staff, this hotel could be so much more, even without upgrades. Dated but clean beats new flith anyday.

Staff were absolutely delightful. The front desk offers cookies and they had an allergy friendly cookie option!!! (I'm allergic to soy and wheat) Check in was easy and everyone was friendly. The bed was very comfortable, (on the soft side which for me is very comfortable) the room was serviceable and clean, just showing its age in places. I missed having a microwave since I often struggle to find places I can eat, but the mini fridge was on and working fine. They offer long term parking which we used without issue for our week long vacation. Shuttle drivers were nice and the shuttle started as early as 4am. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop in the hotel. The restaurant is comfy with a bar and serves very tasty food. They were able to accommodate my allergies during regular food service hours, however they were unable to after 10 pm when they switch to a pared down late night menu. Soy was my big problem but they did have a burger with a gluten free bun for those just concerned with gluten.

The hotel offers a lot of great services. The lobby was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was aged and repairs were not done well. We didn't find the beds to be very comfortable. But it was a warm, convenient, safe place to stay for a night.
