Check in lady was rude, she asked for my name and when I told her she shook her head at me and looked at me up and down and said “so actually here’s where we’re going to start we’re going to start with a photo ID” and shook her head at me again. I know I needed my ID, but it was how she said it and she ignored my name as if she didn’t ask for it. She said it with a lot of attitude and her body language showed it too. Not a great impression 😊

The pool was freezing! We booked with this hotel so we would have a pool for the kids to enjoy and it was so cold they didn’t want to swim which is a little ridiculous for an indoor pool. The gym was fantastic though! Not a fan of the tiny weird shaped garbage cans in our room or the fact that there way no fan in the bathroom. Customer service was great though as well as breakfast.
