When booking we were not told the amenities listed such as fitness area and indoor pool were not available, this was THE reason why we booked this hotel. There is nothing about hotel being under renovation online. You definitely can’t sleep in as construction work begins at 8am. Limited parking beside NO amenities!!

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, sin embargo sus instalaciones estan muy obsoletas. El cuarto era exactamente lo que solicite, tenia una cama king comoda. Solo que el baño tenia una fuga pequeña de agua, en la tina no cerraba completamente. El hotel te ofrece un desayuno complementario, cuando bajamos, todas las mesas estaban sucias con platos, vasos arriba de las mesas. Despues los cubiertos estaban todos juntos revueltos en una bandeja. Las personas que estaban antes de mi tomaban cubiertos y los volvian a poner en la bandeja. Como no habia limpieza optamos por no quedarnos a desayunar. Pero si algo nos dejo el covid es que eso no esta higienico. Y es algo que deberian cuidar.

Es un hotel viejo , y le falta mantenimiento , muy buena locación , cerca de todo , cuando llegamos los chicos de recepción muy amables , hablando inglés con mi esposo , mi esposo es alto , tienen una lámpara , larga enmedio de la ventana y enfrente del escritorio , mi esposo se golpeó la cabeza varías veces con ella , esa lámpara es para cocinas arriba de las islas oh barras , el último día , mi esposo despertó temprano se fue al restaurant , yo lo alcanze , más tarde . Cuando abrí para entrar , se regreso la puerta con tanta fuerza que me prenso mi brazo enmedio de las dos puertas , horrible Gracias a Dios no se quebró , lo reporto mi esposo porque esto le pudo haber pasado a un niño , ocupan cerrar esa puerta que está mal , mi esposo fue y checo con un mesero y efectivamente , se cerraba al instante con fuerza , terminamos de almorzar y nos fuimos a levantar las cosas , mi esposo fue a entregar las llaves del cuarto y de regreso se resbaló y se cayó horrible , había un charco de agua que no miro , no tenía anuncio , nada. Fui y hablé con la persona de recepción y no le importo siguió como si nada en la computadora , le volví a recalcar mi esposo se resbaló con agua qué hay en los escalones al salir de la puerta principal. Ninguna palabra me ignoro , el señor de seguiridad ayudo a mi esposo a levantarse , el pobre estaba muy asustado , me dijo haga un ueporte , le dije ni siquiera le importo al hombre no se si era el gerente del hotel. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

El personal de recepción no se presentó por varios minutos, el servicio de internet era deficiente, intermitente y lento. Los vidrios y espejos estaban muy sucios. El desayuno continental muy limitado. La alberca estaba sucia por la tarde del domingo. En el lado bueno, el personal aunque escaso, fueron muy amables y las habitaciones son cómodas.

Facilities do not look like the pictures, everything looks really old and in need of repairs or improvement, the key card kept failing and in need to be reprogrammed almost every day. Total misrepresentation of what the hotel actually looks like in real life

sink was clogged., service took about 20 minutes to fix .., then at night I took a shower and found tub had same problem.. hotel didn't have personnel to fix problem so my wife had to wait to take shower.., for breakfast took about 40 minutes to get food we got kind of dissapointed
