The staff were really nice people! They were very helpful and kind to me since I do not speak Portuguese very well! The room was very clean and the shower was nice and hot with very good water pressure. It was good value for the cost.

Apesar de estar próximo do aeroporto, infelizmente os hóspedes para seguir ao aeroporto devem circular por mais de 5 km para fazer o retorno, pois o hotel não cumpriu as normas exigidas e Departamento de Trânsito fechou o retorno que existia alguns metros da edificação. Como sempre existe engarrafamentos, esse trajeto pode demorar mais de 40 minutos. Nota ZERO nesse quesito.

Razoável deixando a desejar. Não há serviço de quarto e o hóspede tem que buscar o pedido no restaurante e voltar para o quarto com uma bandeja. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava e o frigobar desabastecido. Trocaram de quarto mas um stress pelo horário que fiz o check in.
