New, snall studios, clean, good common work areas, desk staff helpful. Just a couple minutes waln tibeach and many restaurants.Biggest colplaint snd hassle was dealing w/ AI bots on website when tried to extend for a couple days. Lost a half a day trying.

You can definitely tell this place is new based on how updated everything is. I was very impressed with the amenities and the rooftop pool. Definitely an excellent value for the money.

Salvador Barra Stay
Generally good building and comfortable. Studio flat design and especially shower - toilet room is not really comfortable- so small even to 1 fit person to use comfortable way . Sevurity is good but over secured . I do understand Salvador Bahia general public security consern. Communication should be international- including in english . Apartment should have full written information about all building use and rules and wifi information. Long stay should included some complementary cleaning . Overall I was happy to stay there and I feel secure and safe and all I needed was available in House - decent gym and handy laundry facility and top floor roof pool . Thank you and I will visit Salvador Barra again xxx

Muito bem localizado, bem estruturado, colaboradores do condomínio muito atenciosos e educados. Apenas uma observação em relação a limpeza, ao chegamos haviam muitas mosquinhas de banheiro, dando a entender que a limpeza não era recente. Fora isso, tudo muito bom. Recomendo.

1. Localização: excelente. Muitos pontos comerciais ao lado; 2. Espaço físico: o tamanho é adequado para no máximo 2 pessoas; 3. Equipe do prédio: educada; 4. Limpeza: senti que a limpeza do apartamento não é bem feita. Muitos pêlos no chão, e muita sujeira nas prateleiras da parede. A cama estava limpa e a roupa de cama cheirosa.

Good location but support was not satisfatory .
God location near the beach and shopping. New facility and clean. The room is little but has a lot of garderobe space. Full size refrigerator. negative point was that the reception can not fix problems or change the rooms in case of necessity. The sink in my room was driping and water came to the floor and into the cabinet under the sink. I get no help and I had remove the water by myself and wait for the next day because the reception do not take care of the problems that are inside the room. I had to contact the support by WhatsApp and they could not help me to get the sink fixed or change my room until next day. Very difficult to get contact to the support.
