This is an older property in a busy coastal area of Salvador. Not a bad value for the offering. A nice breakfast is included and the location is convenient for walking/touring the coastal area.

The toilet seat bolt was broke and toilet seat flopped around. The toilet didn't flush worth a crap, even small excrements would haunt us, had to use plunger one time. I saw a cockroach almost every day. There were no channels in English, the screen was snowy, not many channels to chose from, couldn't get YouTube, the air conditioning quit two days before check out, and there was only one guy who spoke English. The very first day I went to check in I spoke English and he acted like he didn't understand, so my girlfriend talked to him, then he breaks out speaking English and I asked him why he acted like he didn't know what I was saying and his reply was, "I don't listen to anything." There are only three languages acknowledged for North, Central, and South America: English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and what do these people think the tourists will speak? Bed sheets, hardly any, not again unless by mistake.

Third time was not a charm
Great location but this was my 3rd time staying here in the last year and was very disappointed. Must have been a change of mgt because the other times was perfect. We changed rooms 2x. Once for leaks and the other the AC stopped working. We always went to eat breakfast at 9am and 3 out of 5 times they were out of several things. One evening while returning from the beach with my family at 530pm the front desk had locked the doors and we had to wait outside 30 minutes for someone to let us inside. The front desk clerk that come from thee back room you could tell was obviously sleeping. I travel a lot and this is the first time I have complained about any hotel. It is always easier to keep a customer than to find a new one. Will never venture there again.

Localização muito boa, uma vista para o mar sensacional, contudo, as condições de instalação do hotel estão muito velhas, péssimas, roupas de cama amareladas e desgastadas, limpeza do quarto não estava boa, vazamento de água na torneira da pia, enfim… precisa de uma boa reforma.

Duas recepcionistas bem novas que não tem experiência suficiente para atender os clientes, pois não deram atenção, não olham para as pessoas ao falar e dão respostas rasas. Hidro na cobertura que não funciona, está mais para uma banheira de gelo e com a água turva, não dá para entrar. Acho que deveriam rever as fotos postadas pois escutávamos muitas reclamações nos corredores do hotel ao encontrar outros hóspedes.

Olha só não gostei do cheiro de cigarro nos corredor, deve se corrigir isso pois saímos de nossos quartos todo cheiroso e se depara com este mau cheiro. O café da manhã está de primeira qualidade parabéns
