Hotel was very well situated with close access to Old Town and the buses. Parking was super convenient and affordable. Room was very comfortable although bathroom was somewhat sparse in terms of soap, lotion, bath tub mat.

It rained while we were here, but the bus stops were across the street from the hotel and were very easy. We got the Salzburg card from the front desk and it gave us free bus transportation, even back to the train station. Front desk staff were very helpful! They had free umbrella's to use at the door.

This location was great for us as we took 2 tours with Panorama, which is right around the corner. Restaurants were very close. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in August. We loved the closeness to the Mirabelle Gardens. It allowed me to take walks around the garden during the morning and evening. It is centrally located within Salzburg to many of the touring locations. The staff and service were excellent.
