Do not come to this hotel.
This was probably my worst experience ever. Rude staff, disgusting rooms filled with mould and dirt. We wanted our money back, but They said we have to come back at 15:00 the next day to Get our money back. This did ofcourse not happen beacause we were on our roudtrip and had to leave early. Ended up just leaving the hotel after the «night boy» was super rude.

Room in Really Poor Condition :(
The hotel is pretty old, well situated, near Central train station and 30 min walking distance to the old touristy part of the city. HOWEVER, for a 350$ per night, it's undoubtedly overpriced for the quality given. Dirty towels, broken showers doors, broken toilette (litteraly broken), no fan, no air conditioning, no lift, no shampoo, no sopas, no tissues, etc. The receptionist (the boss man) is a pretty nice and cool guy, but yeah, with the price paid per night, it is a bit outrageous.

Not far from the city but it was not worth the price. No breakfast, no restaurant, animals in the room, broken bed, not bedsheets to everyone, reception opened at 2 pm, only telephone otherwise… it goes on and on.

We experienced a billing dispute over our one-night stay. We were charged when we booked our stay and we were required to pay again when checking in. Attempts to resolve the dispute with the hotel staff was unsuccessful despite the documentation provided by Expedia-AARP. After our stay and with the help of AARP the hotel agreed to refund the second charge, but this never happened. 2 months later, AARP refunded the full booking charge. Beware! The hotel is funky older hotel near the train station, ground transport and an authentic Thai restaurant.

Got ate alive by bed bugs when I went here (was on the 3rd floor). Also it was very hot outside and they didn’t have A/C. I know most places don’t have it but still it was a little rough for me. The staff was nice but the overall cleanliness yes a low score cuz of the bugs

We informed property about our late check in but there was no one at Reception and our Room key was left at door..Struggled to find our rooms as it was in different building and looks like residential property and worst was Room key wasn’t working .we need to give emergency call at night and at the end they sent someone with master key to open our door..

Affordable and good for a short stay
We only stayed one night in the hotel and thought it had good value. Apparently we arrived after check-in, so our room key and room number were taped to the front door. Although this slightly concerned me about security, we went straight to our room and had no problems. It was spacious and clean, but very dated. The floor creaked and the bed made loud creaks at the slightest movements. Also, the TV had no clear signal on any channel. I will say though, that the breakfast in the morning was very good and the shower was one of the best I’ve used in a long time. Great water pressure. Although it was a bit odd that in the room there is a large window in the bathroom giving whoever is on the bed a nice view of the person taking a shower. Your decision whether that is a plus or a minus.

YOur brown clothes more than white their bed sheet.!! Cleaners knocking your door 9 am, waking up you and telling check out time 10 am, but check out time at 11am by the hotel policy. Reception opening 2pm and closing at 9pm. Thats why you can't talk to anyone and explain what is going on.
