I was travelling through San Angelo and I had a great stay at the Best Western. It was conveniently located, close enough to downtown San Angelo but not too close to be part of the hustle and bustle. Walmart, KFC, Whataburger, and a lot of other nice local places are conveniently nearby.

Dumb policy
Horrible experience with the hotel, rented the room for my 20yr old son since he was going for medical reasons just for him to get there and was told he couldn’t check in if he was not over 21, ok fine I guess policy my son told them about refund they said I had to call hotels.com, so I did and they called the hotel and didn’t want to do the refund. I guess they were just scared to say they couldn’t do the refund. Never staying at a Best western again or any hotel that belongs to the surestay group. But front desk lady was nice enough to help my son look for a room at another hotel.
